		<description>Good luck.  I don't think he'll do well.  If you look closely at this backgroud and experience you'll notice that he has very little experience in turning around failing companies.  He basically rode the 'google wave' and was at the right place at the right time.  He'll survive two years max, and likely be gone within 9 months.  AOL won't be spun out...it'll just die on the vine.</description>
