Kevin Pollak has a new web show, thanks in part to jason calacanis.
Kevin Pollak (A Few Good Men, Usual Suspects, etc.) met Mahalo’s Jason Calacanis at a poker game and learned all about Twitter - a few weeks later and he has over 160,000 followers (although he jokes “I just don’t know what that means”). Calacanis also talked him into hosting a video show as well, which is two weeks old and already has 1,000 or so people watching live every Sunday afternoon. Tomorrow he’ll have Tesla founder Elon Musk on the show at 5 pm.
Kevin Pollak is a different kind of hollywood guy. I saw him do standup comedy recently at cienquest film festival in san jose. I never knew he does standup comedy. It seems like he is the kid of guy that is not afraid of trying new things. Good for him.
