Don Valentine is a silicon valley legend. He is the founder of Sequoia Capital, the iconic VC firm that invested in companies such as Apple, Cisco, Yahoo, Google, Youtube etc. Obviously he knows a thing or two about entrepreneurship and innovation. Here is a talk he gave at Stanford GSB:
